My Philosophy

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Instead of rushing toward the next thing, we’ll slow down and make space for your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to unfold.

Our work together will help you:

Make sense of your story—understanding how past experiences, family dynamics, and internalized beliefs shape the way you see yourself and your choices

Get unstuck—exploring the fears, doubts, and pressures that keep you from moving forward in the way you want

Reconnect with yourself—learning to listen to your intuition, honor your needs, and trust your own timing

Navigate relationships with more clarity—whether in your personal life, creative collaborations, or family system

My approach is collaborative, relational, and attuned to the nuances of your lived experience. We’ll blend reflection with practical strategies, incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a deep understanding of relational dynamics.

Most importantly, therapy is your space—to be seen, to explore, and to grow into the next version of yourself.

Chasing someone else's markers of success and happiness left me feeling deeply disconnected from myself.

True clarity didn’t come from working harder or accomplishing more—it came from slowing down, listening, and learning to trust my own sense of direction.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with trainings in sound healing and somatic approaches for emotional regulation.

I also have a background in engineering and an MBA with an emphasis in startups, which gives me a unique perspective on navigating career transitions, entrepreneurial endeavors and the emotional complexities of making big life changes.

My perspective continues to shift with holistic modalities and engaging in my own therapy and wellness work. I approach therapy with a blend of practical insight and holistic care, helping you unlock your potential for growth and transformation.
