Collaborative therapy for independent thinkers
We are always shifting, organizing to our environments and creating new ways of relating as we do. In the process, we often bump up against old ways of being. What happens to our older versions of existence? Sometimes they move on quietly; other times, we struggle to let them go. We may realize we’ve become attached to an identity that no longer clicks, but we don’t always welcome, or even notice, change.
It helps to know the stories we’re telling about who we are. We can hold those stories a little less personally, get clearer about what matters to us, and become more intentional about what we amplify as we continue to evolve. If you’re interested in how you want to live, relate, and contribute, you’ve landed in the right spot.
Current Offerings
Individual Sessions
Therapy that looks beyond attachment patterns and takes a wider view of your lived experience. Together, we’ll get curious about the relationships, cultures, systems, and dominant narratives that have shaped how you understand yourself, and which of those stories you want to carry forward. There’s space for what’s difficult as well as what feels alive, exciting, or worth celebrating.
Come prepared to think critically, feel deeply, and challenge yourself. My hope is that you become an active participant in writing your life story. I’m here for all the rough drafts.
Relational Sessions
Therapy for relationships of all kinds.
This space is for friendships, roommates, business partners, adult children and parent(s), couples, and other relationships that matter to us.
Conflict isn’t exclusive to romantic relationships. Let’s find ways back to understanding one another and ourselves, normalize disagreement, and strengthen our capacity to be in relationship through healthy discomfort.

My full session fee is $150 for a 50-min therapy session for individuals. My rate for relational work is $225 for a 75-min session. If you are paying out of pocket, I am able to provide a Super Bill where you can submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This is based on your personal insurance plan and it may only apply to individual session fees.
I currently do not have sliding scale spots available as of September 2026.
I may be able to work with insurance if you reside in the state of Washington. Please inquire if you are wanting to work with insurance. -
Currently, YES! I have a therapy license for Washington state residents while I currently reside in Northern California. Therapy licenses go by state, and I hope to have my California license in the Spring of 2027. Until then, I don’t have plans for in person engagement, but I’m working towards it!

I figured I’d answer a few questions upfront that you may wonder about me, but that might not otherwise come up in our shared space.
I’m a Zillennial, the micro-generation born somewhere between 1993 and 1998. This means I remember watching Disney movies on VHS tapes and vaguely remember my mom having a pager, but I had Facebook by middle school and Snapchat in college.
I may not introduce myself this way, but I consider myself to be a spiritual person. I’m still unlearning some of the rigid ways religion can be practiced, while also learning to experience my connection to Jewish tradition and ancestry as something beautiful, and as one way of making sense of what it means to be human.
I’m interested in your spiritual beliefs and background, too, whatever they may be. I appreciate the many ways people find meaning, ritual, awe, and connection.
