I’m a Zillennial, part of the micro-generation born between 1993 and 1998. I remember family trips to Blockbuster to rent movies, I got a Facebook profile in middle school, and I experienced Snapchat-induced FOMO in college.

I consider myself a spiritual person, meaning I move through life with a sense of deeper meaning and pay attention to the larger rhythms at play. I was born and raised in a Jewish household, and I continue to explore how that tradition shapes my perspective.

I’ve spent years exploring meditative and somatic practices, alongside my own experiences with psychedelics and cannabis. I believe experiences that shift our attention and awareness can have a meaningful place in healing and self-exploration when approached with intention, care, and respect. They’ve shaped how I think about healing and continue to influence my practice today.
