Relational Sessions
Individual Sessions
A sticky roommate dynamic, starting a business with a friend, reconnecting with your parents as an adult… relational sessions are a place to give the relationships that matter to us more attention and practice moving through healthy discomfort together.
Conflict is not exclusive to romantic relationships.

My full session fee is $150 for a 50-min therapy session for individuals. My rate for relational work is $225 for a 75-min session. If you are paying out of pocket, I am able to provide a Super Bill where you can submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This is based on your personal insurance plan and it may only apply to individual session fees.
I currently do not have sliding scale spots available as of September 2026.
I may be able to work with insurance if you reside in the state of Washington. Please inquire if you are wanting to work with insurance. -
Currently, I’m on Zoom (telehealth). I have a therapy license for Washington state residents while I currently reside in Northern California.
Therapy licenses go by state legislature, and I hope to have my California license in the Spring of 2027.
Until then, I don’t have plans for in person engagement, but I’m working towards it! -
I’m all about making sure you’re benefiting from our work. While therapy often follows a weekly cadence for an indefinite amount of time, I like to think of our time together as a season, with natural opportunities to check in, take stock, and decide together when it might be time to pause.
I’m also a firm believer that breaks are necessary and healthy. I don’t anticipate us working together continuously for years without taking time away from therapy to rest and acknowledge the work.

Good question! In this tiny box, I’ll say what I appreciate about therapy is the opportunity to stop pushing and striving for what’s next. There’s an acceptance that we can’t always force ourselves into our next idealized version. Sometimes the work is simply paying attention to who we are right now, and that’s all the information we actually need.
The stories that give meaning to our lives, the memories we store, and the ways we make sense of our lives are deeply personal. I take the responsibility of being invited into those spaces seriously, and I will never know your experience better than you do. My role is not to tell you who you are or what your life means, but to help create the conditions where your own understanding and choice are present and guiding you. As a collaborative thinking partner, I have my own working definition of therapy, one that continues to evolve as I do.
